WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

The Leadership Summit is exclusively for CBC Owners and Managing Brokers, or Commercial Leaders who have GL responsibility for the operating budget of their respective company or office.

WHAT IS THE COST?

For eligible participants it will be a cost of $99. This includes breakfast and lunch.

WHAT IS THE OUTCOME?

Each participant will explore growth strategies unique to their business and market that, when implemented, will help you, your team and your company/office achieve substantial, profitable growth over the next 12 months.

Teresa Rand

Teresa is the Founder and President of Rand Consulting, a firm specializing in speaking, training, and executive level career coaching for individuals and businesses. She is a John Maxwell trainer, a certified Gallop Strengths and Disc behavioral assessments coach, a yoga teacher, and a stress reduction meditation guide. She holds certificates in DEI and Women’s Leadership from E-Cornell and University of South Florida, along with being a certified facilitator of the Entrepreneurial Mindset Curriculum through the Entrepreneurial Learning Initiative.

Teresa is the founder of the Boss Lady Community, which is a women’s membership group dedicated to empowering, embracing, and educating all women.

Teresa holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Jacksonville University. She worked for the YMCA for more than 30 years, retiring as the CEO of the Volusia Flagler YMCA Association in Daytona Beach, Fl. In her career, Teresa managed budgets from three million to thirty-five million and employees numbering over 1000.

She is a past chair of the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce and sits on various community boards.

She and her husband, Bob Rand have five children and seven grandchildren. In her spare time, she has completed 11 marathons, multiple triathlons, an Outward-Bound sailing excursion and a skydiving adventure.

Rebecca Mason

Rebecca Mason, a seasoned professional with over two decades of dedicated experience in the real estate industry, takes pride in collaborating with the exceptional agents and leaders within the Anywhere Real Estate brands.

Her dynamic career journey includes successful tenures in commercial real estate with both an international property management company and a boutique commercial acquisitions and investments firm, as well as a track record as a top-producing residential sales agent in her hometown of Dallas, Texas. Having relocated to the East Coast of the United States approximately seven years ago, Rebecca seamlessly transitioned into the other side of the residential sales business, where her focus shifted towards operations, marketing, and agent onboarding.

As a valued member of the Anywhere Real Estate learning team, Rebecca draws upon her extensive real estate background, keen market insights, and a distinguished coaching certification to empower agents in cultivating enduring client relationships and fostering confidence in their business endeavors. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her comprehensive approach, ensuring that both real estate advisors and leadership teams benefit from her wealth of knowledge and dedication to the highest standards in the real estate industry.
