We have curated a special selection of experiences for you to explore the city of Denver with a commercial real estate, development, and thought-provoking lens.

They are exclusively for registered attendees of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Global Conference and their guests. Some are perfect if you are coming in on Sunday to take advantage of on Monday morning, and some are great if you are staying later on Wednesday. They have an additional fee and are first-come, first-serve with very limited availability.

Downtown Denver Past and Present Walking Tour
*Hosted by the Denver Architecture Foundation

About the tour: The city of Denver was founded for gold, its rough-and-tumble beginnings near Cherry Creek not always that promising. Perseverance and a less focused mindset would bring the city seemingly miraculous growth by the end of the 1800s. Sadly, much of that early city would be lost in the mid-1900s, and today, we're reimagining and reenergizing all of it, whether old or new. Join us for a look at the history and the modern expression of Denver. No cowboy boots needed.

About the tour guide: Kevin Snow originally marched to good grammar and punctuation. Marrying into history, he learned through exposure. Later, he saw a great need — a great need for fascinating and enriching tours given in impeccable good grammar, pronunciation and inclusion of words like prelapsarian and sedulous. Kevin's goal is not to travel with clients, but to travel with friends. Dedicated, attentive and occasionally irreverent, Kevin is our experience worth having.
