Wendy Crane became the Vice President of Learning for Coldwell Banker at the end of February 2019. Prior to her current position, Wendy ran the southeast region of CBNRT covering the Mid-Atlantic, Carolinas, Atlanta and Florida where she was responsible for the education and training of approximately 10,000 agents and 135 managers.
Wendy got her real estate license in 2004 after a terrible experience buying her first home because she believes, “if you’re not part of the solution, you’re part of the problem.” She built her business in the Manatee/Sarasota area over the next 10 years through the market crash which was closely followed by the BP oil spill. Although it was a difficult time, Wendy believes without those obstacles she would never have developed the skills and passion that fuel her love for this industry. She closed her last transaction in March of 2014 but will forever be a REALTOR® in her heart.
